RezTracker is a cutting-edge Web-based property management system and reservation service for lodging properties of all types and sizes. It is a rapidly growing subscription-based product with more than 350 paid customers.

In 1999, the company launched AvailabilityTracker™, a subscription based online reservation service built specifically for small to medium lodging properties. By 2003, the company had secured more than 250 clients. And in 2004, AvailabilityTracker became RezTracker™ and was transformed into a more robust Web-based system that could service a wide variety of properties. Through years of close collaboration with lodging properties, we began to see a need for a cost-effective and configurable property management solution that delivered performance, scalability and integration. In early 2007, RezTracker™PMS was born and quickly gained popularity among lodging properties far and wide.
